Since 2009, VersaCon, Inc has grown from a maintenance construction company to now an organization with projects around the Southeast in the commercial realm.

In 2009 Carey Atkinson started this business out of a passion for construction. After building homes for 30+ years he saw an opportunity to change the direction of his endeavors and pursue a different side of the industry. Versatility has always been a theme for Carey in construction and while brainstorming the concept for this business the two words Versatile and Construction were merged. Thus VersaCon, Inc was born. He believed that our business should be built on relationships, building trust, putting the needs of our customers first AND yes Versatility. Our hope is that our values shine through how we operate.
